Our Story

CEO Studio is founded by Charlotte Elizabeth Osman, otherwise known as Charlie.

CEO Studio was born from Charlie’s intuitive ability to think strategically as a creative, recognising that founders need someone to sit alongside them and turn ideas into impactful brands through compelling creative work.

We operate as a one-person studio with an agency-style approach, designed for businesses that want creative strategy without agency-level costs. Working with CEO Studio allows your business to scale support up or down as needed. We can build and lead teams of trusted freelancers for ambitious projects, or work on a one-to-one basis to deliver intentional, purpose-driven outcomes.
